UnderTheArches.com: Where do you currently reside?
Joeiaco17: Toronto, Ontario, Canada
 
UnderTheArches.com: How long have you been a true Cowboys fan?
Joeiaco17: Since 1989
 
UnderTheArches.com: What made you a Cowboys fan?
Joeiaco17: My uncle introduced me to the NFL during Super Bowl 23 in 1989. We watched the game together as his favourite team the San Francisco 49ers played the Cincinnati Bengals. He bet my $5 on the game and I took Cincinnati because I thought their helmet was cool (I was 8 years old). As it was the 49ers won and he put the gears to me for the money which of course I did not have. He obviously didn’t take it from me but taught me a valuable lesson about gambling at a young age. From that point on I vowed to cheer against the 49ers so I picked a team in the NFC to root for. The Cowboys wore blue and white like my beloved Toronto Maple Leafs of the NHL so I started paying attention to them and was rewarded early with victories in SB 27, 28 and 30. I have a good amount of patience for Championships learned from being a Leafs’ fan as the last time they won the Stanley Cup was in 1967 when I was yet to be a twinkle in my father’s eye, so this drought over the past 15 years is not that bad however I look forward to success in the near future with our beloved Cowboys.

Joeiaco17: Eli Manning or Murton Hanks (SF 49ers)

Joeiaco17: NY Giants, Philadelphia Eagles, SF 49ers or anyone that is playing the Cowboys!

Joeiaco17: 10 and counting
