Let's start off with pronounciation.  "Ah-quasi/o-woo-sue/On-saw" means Sunday Born in his native Ghana.  Ansah is a very interesting kid.  I love this pick in the 4th round, because he may be a bit raw and a project but man is he an athlete and has lots of versatility.  He comes out of small school (Indiana University PA).

What you see about him immediately are his measurables.  6'1 207 lbs, 4.47 speed.  He's got the ability to play either safety or corner and is a threat in the return game.  He shows great range in the secondary, has excellent hands and instincts and has made plays.

The knocks on him are that he's first of all a small school player and hasn't faced a lot of great competition.  He has a tendency to gamble sometimes and take risks which could cause him to get beat, but his raw projectivity is so good you take a chacne on him.

He has a bit of a durability concern as he was injured his senior year, and he needs to play a little more physically.  He's what I call a first off the bus type of player.  He just looks intimidating when you see him in uniform.  He finished his career with 10 interceptions and 190 interception yards.  He's also got 7 return touchdowns for his career.

Bottom line, this is a solid pick at this point in the draft with a lot of upside.  He's going to be raw and may not be ready to play right away, but I like this pick and I like the draft so far.

Cowboys will pick again in the 5th round and we'll have that covered as well.

Here's the NFL Network's Mike Mayock's analysis of the pick

126 -- Cowboys -- Akwasi Owusu-Ansah

Back to back small-school kids, I love it. Ansah is one of my favorite developmental prospects in the draft from IUP. He's a 6-1, 207 pound corner that run a sub-4.4 40 at the Ohio St. Pro Day. He may be raw, but he will provide immediate help on the Cowboys' special teams. He had 7 return TDs and can be a gunner and a jammer as well. If he struggles on the corner, he's big enough and physical enough to play free safety, and I wouldn't be surprised if that wasn't the plan for the Cowboys.
