Hall of Fame quarterback Troy Aikman, who is preparing to provide analysis for the Fox broadcast of Super Bowl XLV, has announced that he has split with his wife.
Aikman, a high-profile bachelor for nearly all of his playing days with the Dallas Cowboys, announced Monday night that he and his wife Rhonda have separated after 10 years of marriage.
“This has been a difficult decision for Rhonda and me, but after 10 years of marriage we have decided to separate. We remain deeply committed to our children,” Aikman said in a statement, according to the Dallas Morning News.
Aikman has two daughters with Rhonda and she has a third daughter from a previous relationship.
