Here are Pro Football Weekly's power rankings after the third week of preseason games:

1. Green Bay Packers: McCarthy on third preseason win: "We came here to win games."

2.  New England Patriots: Getting knocked down peg or two likely OK with Belichick.

3. Philadelphia Eagles: Get ready for the blitzes Week One, Howard Mudd.

4. Pittsburgh Steelers: Passing game stands to be even better this season.

5. Atlanta Falcons: What were they proving, having Matt Ryan throw 42 passes vs. Pitt.?

6. Baltimore Ravens: Tyrod Taylor is certainly opening some eyes for good and bad reasons.

7. New York Jets: Taking bets on how many in-season practices Plaxico participates in.

8. San Diego Chargers: Outplayed by Cardinals' starters in third preseason game.

9. New Orleans Saints: Tough to have seen Stinchcomb release coming.

10. New York Giants: Hoping Prince can come back sooner than expected

11. Indianapolis Colts: Kerry Collins' contract worth $14M? Now we're worried.

12. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: First-team offense still hasn't looked consistently great.

13. Houston Texans: Defensive improvements are like night and day.

14. Chicago Bears: Is Cutler already at odds with Roy? Didn't seem like great match.

15. Dallas Cowboys: Tony Romo looks great, but offensive line is key to success.

16. Detroit Lions: If they stay healthy, they should do some damage.

17. Kansas City Chiefs: No sugar-coating here: offensive performance hasn't been good.

18. St. Louis Rams: Eyeing big Week One statement against Michael Vick.

19. Jacksonville Jaguars: Secondary must show major improvement.

20. Arizona Cardinals: Beanie Wells is starting to show some emotion.

21. Oakland Raiders: Is Denarius Moore for real or just another preseason tease?

22. Seattle Seahawks: Offense still getting its footing.

23. Miami Dolphins: Maybe Henne hasn't forgotten about deep ball to Marshall.

24. Minnesota Vikings: Bernard Berrian shows he still has life.

25. Cleveland Browns: Defense made some plays. Unit just might surprise.

26. San Francisco 49ers: Why, exactly, did starters leave so early vs. Houston?

27. Buffalo Bills: Fearless Fitzpatrick will be fun to track this season.

28. Washington Redskins: Forget QB battle a minute: Jarvis Jenkins loss was a major blow.

29. Tennessee Titans: Reserves show more spunk than starters vs. Bears.

30. Carolina Panthers: Won't matter about offense if D-tackles can't do anything.

31. Denver Broncos: Von Miller just might be your Defensive Rookie of the Year.

32. Cincinnati Bengals: Important that Andy Dalton showed coaches something before opener.
