Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo injured his right hand in the first quarter of Saturday's game against the Philadelphia Eagles and had to leave the game.

Romo was injured when he was hit by the Eagles' Jason Babin. Romo was taken to the locker room for treatment, the Dallas Morning News reported.

Romo returned to the sidelines at the end of the first quarter, but did not return to the game at that point.

Stephen McGee replaced Romo as the Cowboys' quarterback.
