Jerry Jones of the Dallas Cowboys has been at the college football Senior Game watching prospects, preparing for the 2012 NFL Draft. While watching these players, Jones has a lot of holes at Dallas to fill, from the cornerback and safety positions to the offensive line and possibly another linebacker or defensive end.

Here is a look at some of the cornerback prospects Dallas might be looking at to help their team in 2012.

Morris Claiborne, CB (LSU Tigers)

The best cornerback coming out in the 2012 NFL Draft is Morris Claiborne. The problem here is that he will be long gone before Dallas gets to their draft pick. I don't know if Dallas would trade up to secure a cornerback, so this might be one to pass on. Claiborne led LSU with six interceptions in 2011 and returned one for a touchdown. He also won the Jim Thorpe Award as the nation's top defensive back

Leonard Johnson, CB (Iowa State Cyclones)

Leonard Johnson is a Big 12 cornerback who spent much of his career covering wide receivers like Ryan Broyles and Justin Blackmon. That doesn't mean he is ready for the NFL but he has been tested. This is a very good opportunity for Dallas because Rob Ryan said that he wants Johnson, a solid corner who plays like a safety. He also has great speed and could work on special teams as a returner. This is someone Dallas could draft by the third round.

Brandon Boykin, CB (Georgia Bulldogs)

If there is a such thing as bad luck, Brandon Boykin discovered it. Boykin broke his leg in the Senior Bowl. Boykin claims he will only be out for three weeks and will probably miss the NFL Combine as a result. However, his work leading up to the Senior Bowl might have been just as important as he was named one of the Top 10 players at the weekend's events.

Jenoris Jenkins, CB (North Alabama Lions)

Jenoris Jenkins is a player that might be an unknown for some NFL fans, as he went to the small Division II North Alabama school. However, he showed his mettle in the Senior Bowl, playing strong the entire game, only getting burned once, by Russell Wilson, and made a lot of plays the rest of the game. I don't like this choice, if for no other reason than his dismissal from the Florida Gators for repeated drug infractions. Sure, kids deserve second chances but this is too risky for me.
