    Party Pass Wish

    Hello All,
I just got back from vacation and one of my summer stops was the new Yankee Stadium in New York. I spent a few hours before the game walking through the stadium and taking it all in. There was a few things that I loved about the stadium. One of them I did wonder about implementing here at Cowboy Stadium. Do you know where the party pass people stand...right behind the last rows on 200-400 endzones. Right now, they are crammed in fighting for position. Yankee stadium has something similiar; but actuall sells a dedicated space. They have solid metal bar stools numbered along the back row. These seats can be purchased...say 100 a seat. The seats match up with a number drilled right into the pole behind the last row. You can go to the bathroom and get your spot back. I'd also eliminate the PSL for this seat...maybe make it a seat you only buy the day of the game at the ticket window or even raise the price to 150 a game to purchase it online? This would drive up demand forthis ticket.

If JJ could sell these at 100 a pop- no PSL required. He would only need 1/3rd the sales as his 30 party pass to break even. It would alleviate the mad rush to get into the endzones. Maybe then he could drastically reduce the number of available party pass tix....say the $30 dollar PP is only good for the stairwells going up from the 200 to 400 levels (no more endzones). I know as a season ticket holder, I would be happy to have less people in the concourse when I want to hit the bathroom or grab a beer.

Anyway...looking forward to that 1st game on the 12th!

    Daddydave,

Good idea.... But from Jerry's perspective, he would see losing $30-$50 per person in food and drink revenue. I think the best thing to happen will be an incident where the fire marshall clamps down on him and reduces the limit on these to about 5K people.
    PSL Owner - Loge 411 Row 1, 416 Row 1 and 414 Row 9 (1st row)

I like the concept too, but I think Jerry and company like being able to advertise "see the Cowboys live for under $30.00".
That draws a lot of impulse buyers.

PP will be big this year again, since we're on a SB run! It'll fade with time, most folks wont ever do that but once,,
