For Sale -- Loge 442 PSLs, 6 Seats in Row 6, At Cost

Hey all - I’m interested in selling my PSLs and I’ve been a reader of this site for the past several months, so I thought I’d start here. I have 6 seats in section Loge 442, row 6. I’ve already started selling some of the games and as of today, I’ve sold all of the seats for the Saints, Raiders, and Bears and 3 seats for the Titans.

I paid the $3,000 / seat down payments and the rest is financed. I’m not looking to make a profit here - just want to do some other things financially. I’m willing to sell the PSLs at cost of $3,000 each and whatever tickets I haven’t sold for this season at face value ($125) each. Buyer would pay the $100/seat transfer fee.

I’m still interested in being a PSL owner - I’m just looking to downsize financially a bit. That said, I would consider selling only a portion of these 6 seats and or ‘trading down’ with somebody who might be interested in moving up.

I just listed these on some PSL sites and ebay - all of which have fees associated with them. So, for anyone interested in purchasing these at cost ($3,000 each), I'll pay the $100/seat transfer fee. I've actually found some other PSLs that I'm interested in, so I'm looking to move these quickly...

I'm still trying to move these so that I can purchase the other PSLs that I want. I'm willing to pay the $100/seat transfer fee and sell these at $1,000 below cost. So, for $17,000 total you will inherit an $18,000 credit with the Cowboys and I'll pay the transfer fees…

Jeff, I saw your ad for these on SeasonTicketRights.com. You might do better by breaking that listing up into a 2 seat and a 4 seat ad. I realize that on our site here you said you would sell a portion of the seats. But on the PSL site it might help to show flexibility. Good luck in seling these.

Jeff - I am curious - where are the other PSLs you are interested in?

I found some for sale in 405 row 1. I've also seen a few I like in the Silver Corners, but the 405s are what I would get if they're still available when I get these sold. We sat in row 1 of 419 last year and we liked the view and this would allow us to downsize financially...

Row 1 seats, no matter where they are, are awesome. I hope you are able to sell your loge and snag the 405s. Good luck.

I've reduced the price on eBay, Craigslist, PSL sites, etc… I'll sell these for $15,000 ($500 per seat below cost) and I'll pay the transfer fees!

If I can't sell them at this reduced cost, I'll probably end up keeping them. Let me know if you're interested…
