Sold first tickets on stubhub today- Titans Game

I sold for $175 before fees for each ticket, for my section 412 row 16 set of 3. I really want to get the less attractive games sold as soon as possible. I am pretty happy with making $150 on this game.

For some unknown reason, you always sell yours faster and more expensive. I need your saleslady ability.

The funny thing is that I debated obtaining these tickets because I was unsure how a set of 3 would sell. I really think that is why they sell so well because although the demand is limited the product is also limited. I also think that some people put a lot of stock into sitting 45-50 yard line. I was really surprised to have them sell this quickly and hope my luck continues. My seats in this section are purely for resale to finance my personal seats. Hope everyone else starts having luck soon.

How much are your 412s at face value?

SOLD 2 tickets on the Cowboys Ticket Exchange tonight. Listen to this, I have 4 seats right next to each other. 2 are listed in my wife's name/2 in mine. The 2 that I sold were listed for $355 each. The 2 that I did not sell are still listed for $325 each. I just went back and raised the price on my 2 left just a bit. I wonder why the buyer chose the higher priced tickets? Anyway- good profit for this game.

I actually think the Titans game is not a dog. Is it the Saints game, no. But other than the Saints and the division games, I think this is the next best one. UT legend coming to town, I think that sells some tickets all by itself. Add in the best running back in the league and the Titans are a pretty exciting team to watch.

The Titans had a rough start last year, but they did finish strong. And also keep in mind, the year prior I think they went 13-3. Each year is different, but I think the Titans are certainly not a team to write off as an easy win, especially with Chris Johnson in the backfield. I'd be more worried about him than Vince.

Glad to hear some folks are already having success at selling their tickets. I guess I need to get on the ball and start posting some of mine soon so I can capitalize on the luck.

I may have to rethink my pricing strategy. I just sold 416 Row 1s (4 seats) for 3 games on the NFL Ticket Exchange this weekend. Chicago at $225 ea; Washington at $225 ea; New Orleans at $250 each. If I sell 1 more game of the 416s at these prices, then I have recouped all costs associated with these for the year.

    Daddydave -

Which game was that for? I'm a few rows in front of you in section 204.

Btw, the more expensive seats may have sold first because they were the aisle seats (assuming that's the case).
